Core De Force is a mixed martial arts-inspired total body workout without the help of equipment designed and created by Beachbody super trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews that removes fat and decreases your waist in just one month. Joel Freeman and Jericho Mcmatthews are extraordinary fitness professionals. Joel is an elite personal coach who runs a gym in Olympia, Washington. On the other hand, Jericho had been worked as an international master trainer for 10 years. Unlike P90X and INSANITY, core de force is very simple rather than difficult.

The moves of this workout include mixing moves from Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai with bodyweight training and cardio conditioning.  Core de force gives you the most efficient MMA-inspired workouts to help you removed your belly fat and transform your body. Every move, whether it’s a punch, a kick, or an uppercut, works core from every angle of your body, that’s why it is also called as 360-Degree Core Training. The workout has been divided into rounds and each round is 3 minutes long.
