Charge up to 100% in just 8 minutes by using Xiaomi’s 200W HyperCharge
According to the reports coming from the official Twitter account of Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer giant has introduced a new 200W fast charging technology called HyperCharge. On the other hand, Xiaomi also announced a new 120W but wireless charging technology which is obviously fast charging. With the help of this technology, one can fully charge a 4,000mAh battery in just 15 minutes. This means the Chinese brand has unveiled its two fast-charging technologies, one with the 120W and the other with the 200W fast charging. The company has tested the 120W rapid charging technology on the Mi 10 Ultra in the last year. As per the company claims the HyperCharge technology will only need 44 seconds to get the 10 per cent battery. Additionally, you can charge your phone up to 50% in three minutes and a full 100% charge in only 8 minutes.
In terms of wireless charging test, Xiaomi claimed to charge 10 per cent battery in one minute, followed by a 50% in seven minutes and fully charge in almost 15 minutes. In the test conducted by the Chinese handset giant, the wired charging performs well as compared to wireless charging. The charging with wire consumed 8 minutes while wireless charging consumed 15 minutes, after the experiment. Moreover, Xiaomi also claimed a new world record after the quick charging experiment. As a reminder, the company performed these experiments or tests on a 4000mAh battery.

However, Xiaomi didn’t tease any device for using the HyperCharge technology. Whereas according to tipsters, the 200W charging could debut on the Mi 10 Ultra successor which is coming in the next year. Unfortunately, there’s not yet any chance of HyperCharging in the upper mid-range devices of Xiaomi.
After the new world record in fast charging, many experts and analysts criticized the company. According to them, due to fast charging, the degradation of the battery will also increase and the heat will also increase due to rapid watts. As far as these were the concerns carried out by the experts. We will eventually see the results as we received fast charging on one of our devices. After its launch on commercial platforms, we can experience and tell what are its concerns and problems.
